Contracts
Contracts are issued by the Shadetree Apartment managers for each semester. Once you have been sent a contract you will need to read and sign it and return it with your deposit to officially hold your place in the apartment.Deposit
At the time of sign-up, a $175 deposit is due. This deposit holds your contract at Shadetree and will be returned when you are no longer a tenant, minus any cost of property damages.Pricing
We sell contracts for current/previous tenants first. The pricing for housing is as follows:- Winter - $870
- Spring Break - $35 (or $8/day)
- Spring - $630
- Summer - $275 (or $8/day)
- Fall - $870
- Christmas Break - $125 (or $8/day)
Payments
We do not offer monthly payment plans. First half rent is due by the tuition deadline. Second half rent is due by midterms.Rent that is over two weeks late will be sent to university collections and holds will be placed on the student account.
We do not have online rent pay.
If mailing payments please use Money Order or Check as they are more secure. Make payable to Kelli Albaugh, the owner. To mail payments please use the manager mailing address:
