Rent for each semester includes housing, water, gas (heating), wireless internet, and a washer and dryer for laundry.Parking
Summer ParkingWe only have a single driveway for parking, therefore the two parking spots are offered on a first come, first served basis and there is no charge for a parking permit at the house.
We also have two street permits which can be rented for the semester for $10 a piece.
If neither of these options are available but you would still like to live at Shadetree, you can rent a permit from Cottonwood Apartments for $50 for the semester.
Winter Parking
We have two free driveway parking spots for winter; however, there is no overnight street parking due to a city ordinance. Any others seeking parking at Shadetree must rent a permit from Cottonwood Apartments or make other arrangements.
